Locations expressed in coordinates or in reference to curvilinear elements. curvilinear coordinate references may be expressed
in terms of begin/end references and/or minimum/maximum references. In many cases, begin/end and minimum/maximum
means the same thing, such as a point event. The location of a tree or a drainage inlet is a single point, and it's begin, end,
minimum and maximum stations are the same. A linear event may be different. For example, a concrete curb may begin at
station 750, runs backwards along State Road 441 until station 700, then it makes a turn and runs 15 feet into a side road,
and makes another turn into a driveway and ends 5 feet into the driveway. This "J" shaped curb will have a begin station of
750 (top of the "J"), and end station of 705 (end of the J). but it's minimum station will be at 700 (bottom of the "J") and it's
maximum station at 750 (top of the "J").
